Version 2.0 is out! With the Spring and Summer AAU season, we knew that English and staff would throw out a few more offers after evaluation. This is what transpired. The net is being cast wide with offers all over. We anticipate more offers to come in the 2026 class as further evaluation happens during the “offseason”.
I am noticing English offering a lot of New England & Tri State recruits, which everybody knows I am a fan of. I’m hopeful a dynamic 2024-2025 season leads to a nationally ranked 2026 class, similar to the 2025 one. Stacking elite classes is what gets you into the upper echelon of college basketball.
Lead Guard

It sounds peculiar to say, but Providence may be late in offering this blue chip recruit from New Jersey. He is a five star that has been well known for some time. We’ll see if English can get him on campus this year.

I’ll bet on a NYC point guard from Cardinal Hayes all day. This is an early offer for Providence, and they’ll likely be battling St. John’s and Seton Hall for this player. It was good to get in early by Providence.

BOC Commentary: Don’t let the lack of a national ranking fool you. It is still early and he fields offers from PC, Auburn, and KState. He plays at Roselle Catholic, where Corey Floyd Jr. came from. They routinely are a Top 25 nationally ranked squad. We’ll see if the Floyd clan can give us an assist here in this recruitment.

BOC Commentary: Providence is expressing interest here, and he is Mass Rivals teammates with Sebastian Wilkins. Rutgers and Texas A&M, who recently had Mass Rivals players enroll at their university, are astutely getting involved early here. The interesting development is Keel playing at Putnam Science this upcoming year. A Keel – Ahmed 2026 package? One can dream.

BOC Commentary: Don’t let the lack of a ranking fool you. If Brown can play for Paul VI, one of the top programs in the nation annually, he can ball. English struck out with a few Paul VI 2024 recruits, so it’ll be nice to potentially build a pipeline to PC there.

This offer came out of left field. I’m curious to see how serious Providence is here. His offers reflect a local TX prep recruit.

Toure is the Connecticut player of the year, but may not be high enough ranked for Connecticut to offer him. This is a great offer by English, and I hope they are early enough to get this “local” recruit in the fold.

I like this offer because it gets Providence in the door early with a local recruit. He also has ties and familiarity with Jaylen Harrell, which may help both recruitments.

BOC Commentary: English has shown to be a national recruiter (and in the case of Bonke and Oswin, international). I’d like to see him put a fence of sorts around the top prospects in New England and duke it out with Connecticut for these high end New England recruits. Mass Rivals has historically been very PC friendly, and I’d like to see that trend continue. The 2026 class has a few high end players from Mass Rivals, with Wilkins definitely being one of them.

BOC Commentary: Langham was offered alongside Wilkins, but this was under the Cooley regime. It’ll be interesting to see if English continues to pursue Langham.

BOC Commentary: I would have said this was a pipe dream a year ago given his ranking, but English and staff have proven me a doubter. This recruit will have every single school after him.

BOC Commentary: English dipping into the DMV well with this offer. I’d imagine Maryland is the team to beat on this one.

BOC Commentary: It is nice to see English offer another DMV recruit in the 2026 class. Maryland will be a perpetual thorn in the side of the Friars on the recruiting trail.

BOC Commentary: The Putnam Science Pipeline would sure be nice, wouldn’t it? Following the eventual enrollment of Oswin, Kim English goes back to Putnam to try and land Ahmed. Ahmed is more of your traditional bully of a center with physicality than the high flying Oswin, but don’t let that description dissuade you from this recruit. He is an elite center recruit.

BOC Commentary: I’m calling it early, folks. This is my favorite recruit of the 2026 class. His nickname is “The Big Show”. He dunks everything in sight. He will most certainly shatter the glass of the backboard before his career is done.
