MAL looks good for Eagles

For a myriad of reasons, it didn’t work out for Makai Ashton-Langford and the Friars. With that said, I will always root for him to succeed, and he seems to be ready to take on a prominent role as lead point guard for Boston College. He put up 15 and 7 against #3 Villanova and displayed many of the traits that made him a consensus top 50 recruit of high school. He beat his man off the dribble consistently and was getting to the rim with relative ease. It also appears he has worked significantly on his jump shot.

Best of luck to the Langford boys this year and in the future. Wish it worked out in Friartown.
